McDonald’s raising funds to help OVAC All-Star Band

WHEELING — For the 44th year, several area McDonald’s restaurants will be partnering to support the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference All-Star Marching Band. Owner/operators of participating locations will be raising funds with a Digital Fundraiser Day, April 25, with 20 percent of all sales purchased through the McDonald’s app at those locations going to the band. Moe’s on Main plans open house to celebrate recent renovations

FOLLANSBEE — Moe’s on Main, a consignment store with a variety of crafts and other items, will be holding an open house from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 26 to celebrate its recent renovations and new partnership with A Touch of Amish. There will be door prizes for the first 25 visitors, special sales and a sampling of the craft classes offered at the store. The Horns Down BBQ food truck also will be selling food outside the store at 1031 Main St.
