Traffic flow to be disrupted
STEUBENVILLE -- Traffic on County Road 39 will be disrupted over the next two weeks for a culvert replacement, Jefferson County Engineer Jim Branagan reports.
Beginning Wednesday at 7 a.m., county Road 39 will be closed 1.84 miles north of county Road 22A.
