Betty’s love of sports and her athleticism allowed her to enjoy golf with her friends at Pleasant Valley Country Club and Belleview Golf Course in Steubenville. She also loved attending Major League Baseball games, so much that she went to one on her honeymoon.

She kept a meticulous home where she enjoyed baking, cooking, and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed being outside doing yard work.

She was a member of the Saint Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Holy Trinity Ladies Philoptochos Society, Holy Trinity Senior Citizens, Town and Country Women’s Golf Association.
