Man charged with indecent exposure a no show at court
CHESTER — Out on bond for indecent exposure, a Chester man didn’t show up for a Nov. 25 court appearance in Hancock County Magistrate Court.
The public defender for David D. Campbell Jr. offered no comment to a media inquiry regarding his client’s whereabouts as they sat in court, waiting for the Campbell case to be called.
The alleged victims also were not present.
Campbell, 63, no address provided, had been picked up Nov. 3, after allegedly exposing himself to a young mother and child in Chester City Park.
Campbell is currently banned from all city-owned green spaces.
Chester Police have charged him previously with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and fighting. Hancock County magistrate Matthew Harvey continued Campbell’s hearing to 9 a.m. Dec. 16 in courtroom 1.
