Bobbyjon Bauman was thanked for his work with the Ohio Valley Youth Network and Sycamore Youth Center. Bauman, president of OVYN and director of the youth center, was presented a resolution from the Ohio Secretary of State’s office celebrating his efforts to help revitalize the community.
