JBGT personnel committee to meet

STEUBENVILLE — The personnel committee of the Jefferson-Belmont Regional Solid Waste Authority will meet in executive session at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Jefferson JBGT building, 228 Technology Way, Steubenville regarding personnel matters.

All meetings are subject to change, and you can contact one of the offices for confirmation on the day of the meeting.

FRN has established warming center

WEIRTON — The Brooke-Hancock Family Resource Center has established a warming center at its offices at 1300 Potomac Ave., Suite C.

The center will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday while temperatures are below freezing.

Hot beverages and a play area for children will be offered there.

School board to re-organize

TORONTO — The Toronto Board of Education will meet at 4:45 p.m. before its next regular meeting on Thursday to reorganize for this year.

The meeting will be held in the library of Toronto Junior-Senior High School.

Village committee to meet Monday

WINTERSVILLE — Wintersville Council’s finance committee will meet at 6 p.m. Monday in the Village Building.

Library board to meet

STEUBENVILLE — The board of trustees of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County will meet for its monthly meeting at 4 p.m. Jan. 14 at the Main Library located at 407 S. Fourth St.

Airport board to meet

WINTERSVILLE — The board of trustees of the Jefferson County Regional Airport Authority will meet in regular session at 3 p.m. Monday in the public conference room in the terminal building at the Jefferson County Airpark, 600 Airpark Drive, Wintersville.
