City officials celebrated the Steubenville Broncos Bantam Youth Football team recently for “their man accomplishments and dedication to hard work.” The bantam team, a member of the Ohio Valley Youth Football League, entered the playoffs as the underdog, only to defeat the first- and second-ranked teams to claim the championship in five overtime periods. — Linda Harris
