The Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau and Top of West Virginia Arts Council welcomed guests to the Summit Art Gallery Wednesday for the opening reception of this year’s High School Student Art Exhibit. Featuring artistic works by students from Brooke, the John D. Rockefeller IV Career Center, Oak Glen and Madonna, the exhibit will be on display through Dec. 19. The Summit Art Gallery is located within the CVB offices at 243 Three Springs Drive, Suite 17. — Craig Howell
