Steubenville High School remembers

Steubenville High School students on Monday pay honor to the events of Sept. 11, 2001, by visiting the city’s police department and city’s West End fire station. Seniors Alyssa Burkett, Kyley Rogers and Veronica Kaine delivered thank-you cards that their classmates made, as well as cupcakes. The students also placed flags outside of the high school. “Visiting the fire station and police station and hearing some of the sacrifices they make on a daily basis really gave me an insight and a better appreciation for everything they do,” said Burkett.
