Arrested: Brandi DiEdwards, 31, 405 Colonial Drive 26, Steubenville, probation violation, Thursday.

Arrested: John Stabile, 58, 970 Canton Road, Wintersville, warrant out of Bradford, Pa.

Arrested: Jon Davis, 50, 3218 Charles St., Steubenville, failure to appear, Friday.

Damage: Video cameras captured footage of a man damaging the inside of an elevator at 180 North Fourth St., Thursday.

Attacked: A woman pumping gas at a midtown gas station told police a white male got out of his car with a small, chihuahua-like dog on a leash and it bit her, Thursday.

Code issues: Notices of violation were sent to owners of property at 2661 Alvarado Blvd., grass; 1645 Oregon Ave. and 1647 N. Labelle Court, outside storage (unlicensed vehicles); 819 Rosswell Ave., litter; 813 Lawson Ave., trash (recliner); and 1657 Oregon Ave., grass.

Trash: A homeowner in the 200 block of South Sixth Street told police people keep dumping their household trash on his property, Friday.

Rocks thrown: A woman who stopped at a residence in the 300 block of Highland to see if her estranged husband needed a ride said one of his relatives threw rocks at her car, Thursday. The woman told police the vehicle was dented in several places.

Reported: A man who had been asked to leave the Rescue Mission because he got caught with marijuana told police he’d been jumped by four people near the fire station, Thursday. The man claimed the assailants stole his necklace and shoes before fleeing and demanded to be taken to the hospital. Police said the man had a small red knot on the side of his face, three scratches on his neck and some redness on his back.

Arrested: Eric J. Smith, 416 St. Charles Drive, possession of a weapon under disability, Friday.

Arrested: Jesseca Macgregor, 28, 458 South Fifth St., possession of drug paraphernalia, Saturday.

Arrested: Honesti Blair, 19, 117 Robert St., Wintersville, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault on an officer, Sunday.

Vehicle vandalism: The windows of a vehicle in the 700 block of Brady Avenue were broken between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Friday.

Vehicle vandalism: A woman said a man known to her threw a bicycle into her car, breaking the rear window, while she was sitting in it in the 400 block of South Sixth Street Saturday night.

Hit and run: A woman reported a vehicle backed into her vehicle, then left the scene, while exiting a business in the 4200 block of Sunset Boulevard at about 2 p.m. Saturday.
