Arrested: Stephanie McGee, 31, 960 Sherman Ave., failure to appear, Friday.
Arrested: Ciara Hawkins, 25, 318 South Fourth St., failure to appear, Sunday.
Arrested: Delvin L. Williams, 33, no fixed address, parole violation, Sunday.
Cited: Paul R. Dodd, 36, 990 Ross Road, New Cumberland, loud exhaust, expired plates and no operator’s license; and Michelle King, 45, 803 Rosswell Ave., public intoxication.
Dog bite: A boy was bitten multiple times by a dog while outside a home in the 2000 block of Eve Drive Saturday night. He was taken to Weirton Medical Center for treatment.
Theft: A man reported money was taken from a wallet at his home in the 500 block of Maxwell Avenue Friday.
Vandalism: The window of a door of a residence in the 3000 block of Sunset Boulevard was broken Friday.

Arrested: Charles V. Briggs, 29, 1004 McKinley Ave., Steubenville, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, Friday.
Arrested: Lisa M. McNicholas, 45, Martins Ferry, receiving stolen property, Saturday.
Vandalism: A resident of county Road 19 in Cross Creek Township reported a patio table was overturned and damaged Saturday.
Theft: A home and garage on Jewett Road in Steubenville was entered and many tools and appliances were taken. The theft was reported Friday.
