Steubenville police

Arrested: Christopher Washington, 41, 100 Harding Ave., Steubenville, petit theft, domestic violence, obstruction and parole violation out of Hancock County, Tuesday.

Arrested: Kayla Koski, 31, 634 Grandview Ave., Steubenville, contempt, Tuesday.

Arrested: Natasha Lester, 35, 4685 S. Fifth St., Steubenville, and Quincy Dudley, 49, 147 Welday Ave., Steubenville, charges pending, Tuesday. Lester and Dudley were taken into custody by members of the Jefferson County Drug Task Force.

Arrested: Edward McCormick, 39, 509 Ohio St., theft, Tuesday.

Arrested: Sara O’Neil Stipanovich, 36, 2407 Pennsylvania Ave., Weirton, petty theft, Tuesday. Stipanovich allegedly removed $1 and $3 price stickers from clearance items at Walmart and attached them to higher priced items, including baby clothes, diapers, sunglasses and a battery charger before going through checkout. Store personnel valued the items at nearly $356

Crazed: Callers reported a man in a business in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue was “flailing around” and striking his head on a window, Tuesday. The man told police he was waiting for food and employees of the business were ignoring him. The man was told he is no longer welcome in the business, deputies said.

Threatening: A man in the 400 block of Adams Street threatened police Tuesday. Officers said the man was enraged because his medical supplies were overdue. While officers were calming the man, the order was delivered.
