Steubenville

Damaged vehicle: a woman reported her vehicle had been damaged while parked outside of her apartment on Clinton Street, Tuesday. She informed the police she discovered the damage in the morning. The driver side of the vehicle had damage to the mirror and fender, according to the police.

Crash: An off duty officer reported seeing a tractor-trailer run over a fire hydrant on the corner of Washington and North Fourth streets Tuesday.

Fraud: A woman reported more than $1,049 was removed from her bank account, Tuesday. She informed police it was done by over-the -counter check, with another individual on the account’s name signed. That individual said it was not them who signed it, police said.

Crash: An officer responded to a three-vehicle crash in the 400 block of Sunset Boulevard, Tuesday. All three vehicles involved had damage and there were no injuries reported, police said. Robert Kovaleski, 38, 159 Rosslyn Blvd., was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Burch, 21, 1438 Arlington Ave., driving under suspension; Kenneth C. Wade, 31, 448 Lyon Road, Weirton, expired license plates; Bobby L. Lancaster II, 52, intoxication; Ronald D. Johnson Jr., 29, 1625 Ridge Ave., driving under suspension.

Struck: A pedestrian was struck by a turning car on North Third Street, Wednesday. The police said there were no injuries or damage.

Burglary: Police responded to a call of a burglary in the 300 block of Terrace Avenue, Wednesday. A door was broken, a television was missing and another television was moved, according to police.

Assault: A man reported he was assaulted by a woman he had been staying with, Wednesday. The man told the police he spilled a beer when he fell asleep after breakfast, then was woke to the woman telling to leave the residence, according the report. While in the process of leaving, he told police he had been hit, according to the report. The police said the man had a swollen eye. The report was forwarded to the prosecutor.

Burglary: Police responded to a call of a burglary at a residence in the 700 block of Woodlawn Road, Wednesday. According to the report, three televisions, cash, a piece of jewelry and a pair of shoes were reported missing.

Broken window: The police responded to a call of a broken window on the 2800 block of Cleveland Avenue, Wednesday.

Arrested: Bobby E. Fitch, 36, 1129 county Road 15, Rayland, possession of drugs, driving under suspension.

Arrested: Kristin S. Williams, 30, Steubenville, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrested: Richard Nickoson-Marsh, 26, 102 Dogwood Road, Toronto, domestic violence, violation of protection order, Tuesday.

Arrested: Cody L. Hanlin, 26, 706 Salem Township Road 286, Richmond, bench warrant out of Toronto county court, Tuesday.

Arrested: Otis Allen, 42, 627 N. Fifth St., criminal trespass, Tuesday.

Arrested: David Force, 54, 425 N. Fifth St., Toronto, failure to appear, Tuesday.
