Warned: A Bergholz man was told to refrain from making sexually oriented or harassing comments to passersby after he would question a 19-year-old male about what he was having for dinner Monday.

Arrested: Cody Hanlin, 26, 706 Township road 282, Richmond, failure to comply, Monday.
Arrested: Justin Dulaney, 31, 254 Gibson Road, New Cumberland, failure to appear, Monday.
Arrested: James Goff, 33, 832 Lincoln Ave., Steubenville, violating West Virginia parole, Monday.
Arrested: Otis Allen, 42, 637 N. Fifth St., Steubenville, criminal trespass, Monday. A business owner told police he’s asked Allen to leave his property “several times a day during the past several weeks,” but Allen won’t.
Theft: A man living in the 100 block of McDowell Avenue reported his Blu-Ray player, power drill and charger, a 32-inch flat scree TV and an electric fireplace heater were taken from his residence while he was at work Monday. An employee of a property management company sent to winterize the home left his name and contact information on a business card, police said. The resident, who was at work, said he hadn’t been notified the company was sending anyone to his residence.
