Jim Baber was sworn in as president of the Steubenville Rotary Club for the 2025-26 year during the annual Changing of the Guard ceremony June 18 at the JeffCo Event Center. Among those taking part in the ceremony were, from left, Ross Gallabrese and Mike Mehalik, past presidents; Immediate Past President Rich Delatore and Baber. The club meets at noon on the first and third Wednesday of each month at the center and at 7:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the Eat ‘n Park at the Fort Steuben Mall.
