Members of the La Bonne Vie Chapter of the Red Hats Society held their May meeting at Scaffidi’s Restaurant and Tavern. Following a meal consisting of lasagna and meatballs, the ladies celebrated the Kentucky Derby with a Most Beautiful Hat Contest and a Tabletop Horse Race game. Those taking part in the celebration included, from left, front, Joyce Parrish, Angela Silvidi, Ginnie D’Antonio, Elaine Wukelic, Elba Hada, Filomena DiCarlantonio and Lucia Scaffidi; and back, Vicki Nurczyk, Zola Provenzano, Joanna Magnone, Rose Pulice, Theresa Lamantia, Marcella Miller, Patricia Tomblin and Cindy Misogiane.
