Members of the Toronto Moulin Rouge Red Hats group chose to dress in various costumes and celebrate Halloween during their monthly group luncheon. This month, participants gathered on Oct. 22 and participated in a hauntingly good meal at the 3 Bad Hombres Bar and Grill in Steubenville.
