The Toronto Lions Club carried out its annual tradition of naming the year’s Little Miss Lion during the Toronto Arts Festival, held Aug. 31 and Sept. 1. The winner was 11-year-old Madalyn Moore. Other candidates in the running were recognized, as well. The Little Miss Lion court will appear in the Toronto High School homecoming parade and Focus in Toronto’s Christmas parade. Those on this year’s court attend Toronto Elementary School, and include, from left, Liviana Leasure, Rylie Hoagland, Moore, Ava Dennis and Brooklyn Boyd. Moore was crowned by 2023 Little Miss Lion Sadie Ludewig, who visited 17 Ohio counties during her reign.
