The Follansbee American Legion Post 45 Auxiliary donated a new U.S. flag to be flown outside the Follansbee City Building. The post will be donating a new West Virginia flag in the near future. On hand for the presentation were, from left, Carla Lada Hull, treasurer and chaplain; Pam Campbell, president; Mayor David Velegol Jr. and City Manager Christine Manack-Stover. Members of the American Legion Post 45 Honor Guard participated in the city’s Patriot Day service.
