Library offering Story Hour kits

Contributed KITS AVAILABLE — Pam Kourim, branch manager of the Adena and Dillonvale-Mount Pleasant library branches of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County, displays a Story Hour kit. The kits are for children ages 2 to 6 and are available to take home Monday through the end of summer. Each Story Hour kit includes books and a craft to make.
STEUBENVILLE — The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County announces the following programs and activities happening at its various locations:

Children: Stop in the library anytime on Tuesday to pick up a Star Wars Day take-home craft.
With Mother’s Day approaching, children can stop in the library on Thursday to pick up a take-home craft to make for mom.
Adena Branch, (740) 546-3782
Children: From Saturday through May 11, children can stop in the library for a Mother’s Day take-home craft while supplies last. Children must be present with an adult at pickup.
Take home a Story Hour kit for children ages 2-6. Each kit includes books and a related craft. Story Hour kits are available Monday through the end of summer.
Dillonvale-Mount Pleasant Branch, (740) 769-2090
Children: From Saturday through May 11, stop in the library for a Mother’s Day take-home craft while supplies last. Children must be present at pickup.

Virtual Tech Help will be offered on May 8 and 26, both at 11 a.m. Learn tips and how to use library apps with O.J. Meeks, the library’s technical services coordinator. An e-mail address is needed to participate. Register by calling the Schiappa Branch Library.
