An old-fashioned country Christmas

An old-fashioned country Christmas free concert was held Monday at the Sycamore Youth Center, located at 301 N. Fourth St., Steubenville. The event sponsored by the Ohio Valley Youth Network attracted an attendance of about 250 people, according to Bobbyjon Bauman, OVYN president. The event featured Christmas cookies and treats, wassail and performances by 18 local artists and groups, including, front row, from left, Laurie Labishak, Julianna Keimig, Anthony Pearce, Ben Acors, Audrey Post, Gemma Nelson and Michael Manocchia; and back row, Dani Carroll, Leila Cable, Christina Westlake, Emiliana McCalister, Claire Puorro, Alexandria Kaine and Gracie Phillips. Also performing were Teresa Kropka, Glory Dami, the Ambassadors Mike Team and the Steubenville Community Youth Choir.
