Ultrasound donated

The Knights of Columbus Council No. 3734 Weirton donated an ultrasound machine to the AIM Women’s Center in Steubenville as part of the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council Ultrasound Initiative Project. The center serves women in a 50-mile radius in the Ohio Valley. “The Weirton council is grateful to all those groups and individuals that donated funds or participated in any way to the success of this project,” a spokesperson noted. On hand for the dedication ceremony were, from left, Scott Nale, Knights of Columbus West Virginia state deputy; Victoria Fallon, former director at the AIM Women’s Center; Weirton Knights of Columbus Project Chairman Lawrence De Rosa; Christi Aborn, AIM Women’s Center’s new executive director; Josh Miller, AIM Women’s Center board member; and James Kelly, Knights of Columbus Grand Knight Weirton Council.
