Century 21 recognizes local sales affiliates
WEIRTON — Century 21 Real Estate has recognized Joann Shorac and Jim Arehart, sales affiliates with Century 21 Greathouse Realty, with the Century 21 Masters Ruby Award.
Ruby level status is awarded to a Century 21 sales affiliate who has met minimum sales productions of $146,000, or closed 32 transaction sides within a calendar year. The recipients receive a trophy and an invitation to attend the annual Century 21 Top Agent Retreat.
Shorac is a lifelong resident of Hancock County, with 45 years of real estate experience. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer for most of her years as a licensed salesperson, earning many awards. She has served in a director capacity for the Weirton Board of Realtors.
Arehart also is the owner of Double A Ranch Stables in New Cumberland, and the previous owner of Double A Ranch Fencing Inc. He is a graduate of Kentucky Christian University, Utica College of Syracuse University, Community College of the Air Force and the West Virginia State Police Academy.
