NEW STAFF: Cedar One Realty, with a local office in Wintersville and a new office in Carrollton, has two new agents and an office manager.

PERMIT FILED: American Electric Power has filed a permit to construct a 350-foot self-supporting telecommunications tower on township Road 275 in Amsterdam.
