Attempted breaking and entering: The front window of Jefferson Landmark Store in Dillonvale was broken and the side door vandalized between 8 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday. A surveillance camera showed a tall male wearing a dark hooded jacket, hat and blue jeans with ripped legs at the door, then walking toward Railroad Street.

Arrested: Eric Francis, 44, 601 Two Ridge Road, Wintersville, domestic violence, Saturday.

Arrested: Barry Starcher, 40, 601 Two Ridge Road, Wintersville, domestic violence, Saturday.

Theft: An all-terrain vehicle was taken from a residence on township Road 62 in Hammondsville between midnight and 3 a.m. Sunday.

Arrested: Robert L. Lancaster, 49, 869 Wood St., Follansbee, driving while suspended and under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident,obstructing official business and no proof of insurance, April 25.

Arrested: Deborah A. Yoho, 59, Martins Ferry, violation of a protective order, April 27.

Arrested: Raeanna M. Kuzma, 31, 115 Randall Ave., Follansbee, driving while suspended- administrative, April 27.
