Unhappy ex: A woman, who police said appeared to be intoxicated, said her ex-boyfriend struck her in the face after she refused advances, Friday. The woman said when she tried to leave, he hit her in the face with a broom. Her ex-boyfriend said after she refused his advances he asked her to leave and the woman flew into a rage, shattering his TV and breaking his TV stand and two coffee tables. He said he grabbed her by the arm and forced her out of the apartment, and once in the hallway she pulled the fire alarm and punched the door and a wall.

Decked: A resident in the 700 block of Market Street told police a man and woman known to him entered his unlocked apartment and asked for beer, Saturday. When he refused, he said the male became violent, hitting him in the face several times. Police say the victim, who had redness and bruising on his face and bruises to his ear, said the pair took his cell phone and apartment keys.

Dispute: A woman said she is being harassed and threatened by two other women, Saturday.

Found: A luggage bag with bullets and a digital scale was found and turned over to police, Saturday. The victim said the women “yelled and screamed threatened to beat her up.”

Disturbance: A man moving out of an apartment in the 600 block of North Fifth Street refused to return his key, Saturday. The man told police he’d already returned it. Police returned to the residence several hours alter after the man returned and threatened the woman.
