Steubenville police

Arrested: Harry E. Irvin III, 56, 628 Bennett St., Bridgeport, falsification, Sunday. Police found Irvin and another individual inside a building that was believed to be vacant. According to the report, Irvin gave police a false name and information twice.

Crash: Police responded to a crash near Brady Circle West, Saturday. Both drivers claimed to have the right of way, according to the police. One of the vehicles had to be towed. The police could not determine fault.

Crash: Police responded to a collision on the 4100 block of Sunset Boulevard, Saturday. No injuries were reported.

Cited: Wayne E. Lytle, 33, 2807 Cleveland Ave, no operators license, expired plates; Kiara A. Moio, 26, 4863 Kingshill Drive, Columbus, expired plates; Lonnie W. Culp Jr., 22, 700 Della Drive, Bloomingdale, expired/unlawful plates, driving under suspension.

Jefferson County sheriff

Arrested: Raven S. Wright, 21, 161 Parkview Drive, Wintersville, Sunday. The sheriff’s department responded to a call of an assault. A man at the residence said he had been bit multiple times in an argument and struck by a bottle of lotion that has been thrown at him, according to the report. The man was noted to have bite marks and a laceration, according to the report.

Assault: The sheriff’s office responded to a call to Cross Creek Police Department about an assault, Saturday. A woman assaulted by her boyfriend and wished to pursue charges, according to the report. The report said she had marks on her neck, which were photographed. The male subject was unable to be located at the time.

Arrested: Leslie Konlyla, 30, 3490, county Rd. 1, Rayland, warrant out of common pleas court, Saturday.
