Steubenville police

Arrested: Allison N. McEwan, 21, no address listed, obstruction, possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, Saturday. McEwan also cited for having an unsafe vehicle and failing to properly restrain a child. Police had pulled McEwan’s vehicle over after callers reported seeing a vehicle traveling from Brilliant toward Steubenville on three tires, and reported finding 12 Xanax tablets and a small copper crack pipe in the car.

Cited: Shawan Smith, 32, 148 Americana Circle, Wintersville, possession of marijuana.

Harrassed: A woman in the 2400 block of Cleveland Avenue said a female is posting derogatory messages about her and her son using the son’s facebook account, Saturday.

Stolen: A man took a Milwaukee grinder from Rural King without paying, Saturday. Item valued at $160.

Vandalized: Someone scratched the side of a vehicle parked in a mall lot, Saturday.

Jefferson sheriff

Vandalized: Someone slashed tires on two vehicles parked outside a residence in the 1700 block of Cleveland Street, Rayland, Sunday.

Discovered: A woman reported a subject known to her cut the brake line on her pickup truck following a domestic dispute, Wednesday.

Mingo police

Arrested: Harold McMillen, 39, 120 Grandview Ave., Mingo Junction, domestic violence, Saturday.
