The Art Pugh Foundation is a college scholarship program for children who have either lost a parent or immediate family member to cancer or member who is a cancer survivor. The organization was founded last year by Steubenville Catholic Central boys basketball coach and Indian Creek graduate Sean Tucker, a long-time close family friend to Pugh.
Pugh passed away in 2013, after his lengthy bout with cancer. Scholarships are limited to the family of Pugh and to the students attending the Indian Creek School District.
Funds for our work are raised through special events, individual donations, corporate sponsorships, and private grants. The Art Pugh Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all contributions are tax-deductible.
