two people in my family died from cancer, what I do not understand is if we have the knowledge to go to the moon and mars why can we not find a cure for cancer and other awful diseases?

nOral Cancer had claimed a part of my tongue, gotten me a left neck dissection , all of my teeth, numerous Biopsies. many scans od all types, thousands of miles on the highway from this area to Morgantown WVU Hospital, Wheeling to both hospitals, The James Comprehensive center at Ohio State university. IIn the last 2 months , i have had infection blow my right ear, biospy for that one, a growth on the left check of my face, removed in OP at Wheeling Hosp. Both came back negative. All this in about 1 year. It's been a lot of traveling. I did get a check for help from a small cancer group or whatever they are in Barnesville and I sure did appreciate it. I live in Barnesville afer 43 yrs in New Alexandia.
