everyone who works for a living should be aloud to take a day off sick if they are in fact sick. 7 days ayear is reasonable

This will add more cost to the employment of infividuals, which will cause businsses to not expand,relocate out of Ohio or choose not to come to Ohio. A very bad idea. Individual should bargin for this on their own. Ciance
