I watched the Anderson Cooper interview of the first juror to talk and she exposed herself as a total racist. What more is there to say. I read an article yesterday that stated it will cost George Zimmerman &3,000 a day to stay alive. Where is this guy going to get that kind of money ? The next thing I want to say is that figure will not do the trick.

EchoBravo, Zimmerman broke no laws and self-defense is not a crime. First, Zimmerman was brought to trial via "mob rule" and political pressure, not by grand jury indictment. Zimmerman was not charged until 44 days after the police let him leave the station with his handgun. The evidence in the case supported Zimmerman as Martin assaulted Zimmerman (so thought the jury).

I said yes. Race never crossed my mind when I answered the question. I believe that the jury did their job. I wasn't there, none of the people answering this survey were there and none sat on the jury. How you can claim that the verdict was racially motivated is beyond understanding. Also keep in mind that Zimmerman might be able to defend himself under the Florida Stand you Ground Law, which would make him immune from a civil suit. I would like to think that even if my skin was a different color, I would still be the same person. If you think life is defined by the color of your skin, then you need to wake up and have a good look around. A persons life is defined by the decisions they make, the talents they develop, and the character they display. Not by the color of their skin.

I am sure MOST of the yes votes come from non blacks. Its simple and this goes both ways..Walk in another race's shoes and you will see why the answers are the way they are. This is like the OJ trial. Racially divided (even though its not supposed to be about race). Keep it real folks. Again, just like the OJ trial, Zimmerman now will face a CIVIL suit to where he will have to testify. It should have been Manslaughter in my book.
