July 10, 2014
Herald-Star

Harvard Avenue area residents learned more details Wednesday night about a water line replacement project and the resurfacing of their street during an informational meeting at the PrimeTime Senior Center. Thirteen residents, including Mary Lou Jones, left, listened to an explanation about the project from City Engineer Michael Dolak. Several city officials and representatives from Shelly & Sands Inc. of Rayland also were at the meeting to answer questions about the work that is set to begin this summer. Shelly & Sands crews will be replacing 1,100 feet of 50-year-old water line with new 6-inch plastic pipe. -- Dave Gossett
