WHEELING - The Ohio Valley Athletic Conference will once again crown the Queen of Queens as girls representing 25 OVAC high schools compete for the 2014 title.
The talent show will be held at 7 p.m. on July 25 at Wesbanco Arena. Tickets are available at the door and cost $6 for adults and $4 for children.
Recording artist and Wheeling native Justin Mise will serve as master of ceremonies.
The 2014 queen will be crowned at the OVAC All Star Charity football game on July 27 at Wheeling Island Stadium. Kickoff is at 7:15 p.m. Pre-game activities will feature the OVAC All Star Marching Band, drill team, cheerleaders and queens.
Local queen candidates include: Tracy Johnson, Brooke High School; Cierra Burch, Buckeye Local High School; Kaitelyn Pollock, Edison Local High School; Abby Dodds, Harrison Central High School; Sierra Bone, Madonna High School; Emily Kosikowski, Toronto High School; and Bailee Tusick, Weir High School.
