The Judy Maple Foundation has chosen the Women In Action Against Cancer Coalition as its 2014 major charitable recipient.
Each year a recipient is chosen to receive the proceeds from the Judy Maple Golf Classic. Past recipients have included the Tony Teramana Cancer Center, Make A Wish Foundation, Valley Hospice, Charity Hospice and the Jefferson County Fourth Street Health Center.
Women In Action Against Cancer Coalition is a local group that assists women in dealing with and preventing cancer, helping them receive routine screenings and exams, assisting with medical bills and providing resources and educational information.

As of 2014, the foundation has donated more than $100,000 locally to organizations and businesses that help families dealing with serious illness. The Judy Maple Foundation was founded in 2005 by the six children of the late Judy Maple.
