dies in wreck
FREEPORT - Jason Frost, 28, of Freeport was killed early today in a one-vehicle accident on state Route 800, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.
Frost was driving a pickup truck around 12:10 a.m. today when the truck went off the left side of the road, struck an embankment, overturned and Frost was ejected, with the pickup truck coming to rest on him, a trooper reported.
Frost was not wearing a seat belt, the patrol reported.
Speed is considered a contributing factor, the trooper said.
The accident remains under investigation.
