Graduating seniors at Steubenville and Catholic Central high schools will receive a diploma from their respective schools and a T-shirt from the city declaring, "You Always Have A Home in Steubenville." The T-shirt program was started two years ago by former 6th Ward Councilman David Lalich and continued this year under the direction of 4th Ward Councilwoman Angela Suggs. The T-shirts were designed and produced by Mark Nelson, owner of Nelson Fine Arts and Gifts of Steubenville. Suggs said anyone who would like to donate to the T-shirt campaign can send a check to Nelson Fine Arts and Gifts on Lincoln Avenue or to the City Council clerk's office at the Steubenville Municipal Building. Displaying this year's T-shirts are, from left, Lalich, Suggs and Nelson. -- Dave Gossett
