To the editor:
The letter by Gloria Milhoan that appeared May 11 ("Lovers Lane work questioned") was right on.
As a resident of Lovers Lane for some 45 years and being concerned with the pros and cons of widening, a roundabout and a turning lane, I feel, as she suggested, closing the Lovers Lane entrance to the mall would be great.
There are two other entrances to the mall and people would get used to the change. Then, the money could be used for better drainage, curbs and a needed walking path. This would be less costly and residents would be happy.
