Fundraiser dinner Thursday in E.S.
The East Springfield Community Center located on county Road 39 across from the East Springfield Volunteer Fire Department will host its monthly fundraiser dinner from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday.
The roast chicken dinner will include roasted chicken breasts, thighs and legs, mashed potatoes and gravy, noodles, green beans, applesauce, rolls, dessert and drinks.
The cost is $7. Those under age 6 can eat for free.

Christian Women's Coffee House set
Cup of Life Ministries will hold its monthly Christian Women's Coffee House on Friday at Marland Heights Community Church located at 3900 Brightway, Weirton.
The coffee house will begin at 6 p.m. with complimentary sandwiches, beverage and dessert. At 7 p.m., women's worship will begin with music provided by worship music leaders Judi Baldwin and Angel Pevich.
Tina Schoolcraft, bible teacher, will share God's word.
Free babysitting will be provided for children ages pre-kindergarten through fourth grade.
Knights to host spaghetti dinner
The Knights of Columbus Council No. 472 will host a spaghetti dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday at the council hall on Two Ridges Road, Wintersville.
The menu will include spaghetti, meatballs, plain bread or garlic, salad, desserts and coffee.
Soft drinks also will be available.
The cost is $7 for adults and $4 for children age 12 and under.

Rotary Club speakers listed
The Steubenville Rotary Club which meets for a noon luncheon and business meeting on Fridays at the YWCA of Steubenville will welcome Rob O'Hara as the guest speaker Friday.
O'Hara is the chief executive officer of the Upper Ohio Valley YMCAs.

March 14: The Rev. Jason Elliott, pastor of First Westminster Presbyterian Church at North Fourth Street., Steubenville, will discuss downtown ministry and church relevance in 2014.
March 21: State Sen. Lou Gentile, D-Steubenville, will focus on "up-to-the-minute" information about state government.
March 28: Cynthia Bougher, chief executive officer of Valley Hospice, will discuss services provided to families in this time of need.
