Wellsburg man charged with burglary
WELLSBURG - A Wellsburg man was arrested Wednesday for daytime burglary after he was seen and apprehended by a local resident, according to the Brooke County Sheriff's Department.
According to the sheriff's department, Ronald L. Henry Jr., 31, was charged with daytime burglary after he was detained by a local woman who saw him coming out of a broken rear window of a home on Rabbit Hill Road at about noon.
Four pneumatic nail guns taken from the home also were found near the window.
The sheriff's department was dispatched to the scene when the woman and her husband called to report suspicious activity outside the house.
Henry's case is pending in Brooke County Magistrate Court.
