WEIRTON -- The Weirton Madonna football team continued a tradition of more than a dozen years with its annual trek to St. Paul's School to have lunch with the elementary school students. Team members went outside after lunch and played kickball with the students. The Blue Dons are the No. 1 team in the state and will take on Tucker County at 7:30 p.m. today at Jimmy Carey Stadium in the first round of the West Virginia Class A state playoffs. Madonna finished the regular season at 10-0, the fifth time in school history it went undefeated in the regular season.
