Arrested: Andrew R. Wiley, 39, 1062 Wilson Ave., Steubenville, assault and criminal mischief, Friday.

Arrested: Charles H. Johnson, 48, 808 Buckeye St., violating protection order, Friday.

Arrested: Daniel Moore, 36, 710 Township Road 381, Steubenville, failure to appear, Friday.

Arrested: Brian J. Cutshall, 45, 106 Logan Ave., Mingo Junction, failure to appear, Friday.

Arrested: Brian W. Fithen, 31, 149 Reichart Ave., Wintersville, failure to appear, driving under suspension and fictitious registration, Friday.

Armed robbery: Motorist robbed at gunpoint while parked at corner of Euclid and McDowell. Victim told police two young black males with handguns entered vehicle and demanded money and cell phone. An iPhone and $100 in cash were taken.

Damaged: Witnesses said a female in a white-colored car struck a fire hydrant in front of the city building and left the scene.

Theft: Cell phone stolen from vehicle parked at Lowe's, Friday.

Entered: The kitchen and office at Zion Temple, Fifth & Logan streets, were ransacked overnight Friday.

Theft: Three unknown males, a female and a young child stole clothing from a yard sale in the 500 block of Woodlawn, Friday.

Hall, 702 Main St., Toronto, failure to signal turn, Friday; Robert Mavromatis, 144 Raynes Road, Mingo Junction, driving with expired license, Friday; James Liberatore, Apartment D, 725 Market Square, Steubenville, red light violation; Joseph Jordan Michael Johnson, 1312 Oregon Ave., loud radio.
