CONNOLLY, Raymond T., age 90, of Toronto, OH passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Kensington Place, Columbus, OH.

Raymond was born June 10, 1922 in East Liverpool, OH the son of the late Raymond V. and Ruth I (Poole) Connolly.

He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church of Toronto; a 1940 graduate of Toronto High School; had attended St. Francis elementary school and the Ohio State University.

Raymond enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1942 and served in the Pacific Theatre of Operation during W.W. II

He retired as President in 1985 from the Voto Manufacturers Sales Company in Steubenville, OH.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and brother James V. Connolly.

He is survived by his wife, Jane A. (Grubbs) Connolly whom he married in 1947; daughter, Nancy (Tim) Rini of Columbus, OH; grandson, Joseph (Alison) Rini of Sarasota, FL; granddaughter, Jane Rini of Columbus, OH; great-grandchildren, Lora and Raymond Rini of Sarasota, FL.

Visitation for Raymond will be from 10 to11 a.m. Tuesday, June 11th at the St. Francis Catholic Church, 1225 N. River Ave., Toronto.

A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with the Reverend Father Thomas Vennitti officiating.

Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery. There will be full military graveside honors by the Toronto American Legion.

Arrangements are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH

In lieu of flowers, Raymond's family suggests donations in his memory be made to the St. Francis Catholic Church or the Toronto High School Alumni Association.
