STEUBENVILLE - A major water line break in the Hollywood City Center Monday night is affecting businesses in the shopping plaza.

But Steubenville water superintendent Bill Skinner said Monday evening city residents should not be affected by the break.

"Some residents may experience low water pressure. But Fort Steuben Maintenance is working to shut off the appropriate water valve and start repairs on the water line break. Once the valve is shut off residential water pressure should return to normal," Skinner explained.

"The water line break is on private property between Wendy's and the Dairy Queen. We are aware of the line break but the issue is being handled by the property owner's private contractor," added Skinner.
