Seniors at Indian Creek High School on Thursday participated in a beautification day project in Mingo Junction by helping to plant shrubs and flowers at a vacant lot next to the Municipal Building. The project was organized by the Mingo Revitalization Committee. DiGregoy’s Greenhouse and Garden Center in Steubenville provided the plants and shrubs and designed the landscaping. Helping with the planting were, from left, Sarah Houser, student council adviser, and students Paige DeMattio, Megan Markja, Shane Winland and Taylor Fante. - Mark Law
