Agape Apostolic Assembly will hold a fundraising dinner to benefit the Agape Homeless Shelter Renovation Fund at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the church's dining hall located at 525 Slack St., Steubenville.
The theme is "Sharing Our Love," and Laura Meeks, Eastern Gateway Community College president, is the guest speaker.
The shelter is located at 510-512 South St., Steubenville.

Country Friends host Stone Street
Country Friends will host Stone Street Station Saturday at the Memorial Hall located at 402 Old Police Lodge Road, Colliers.
The doors open at 6 p.m., and the dance begins at 7 p.m.
Country Friends host covered-dish dinners and open mic nights every Monday and Friday. The doors open at 4 p.m., the meal begins at 5 p.m., and open mic begins at 6 p.m.
Country Friends Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Christianity, friendship and brotherly love through music. All proceeds go to charity.

The Heather Twig of the Trinity Health System Foundation is organizing a wine and beer tasting to benefit Trinity Health System Breast Services.

Dinner to benefit
The Carroll County Historical Society will host a pork and sauerkraut dinner at the Algonquin Mill dining hall from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. March 3.
The all-you-can-eat dinner will feature local pork and the society's "famous homemade sauerkraut," mashed potatoes, bread, applesauce, cake and beverage. The cost is $8 for ages 13 and up and $4 for those age 6 to 12. Children under 6 eat for free.
Because of limited seating, tickets for the dinner are available through pre-sale only as well as carryout orders.
The deadline for ticket purchases is Feb. 26.
