Woman charged with aggravated arson
STEUBENVILLE - A Steubenville woman has been charged with aggravated arson in connection with a fire on Kingston Avenue on Dec. 5.
Linda C. Lyons, 29, of 3827 Bristol Ave., has been charged with the crime in connection with a fire to the exterior of a house in the 200 block of the street that was reported at about 10:35 a.m.
The arrest was made following an investigation by City Police's detectives division, who couldn't be reached for further details Monday.
Break on Marshall Road affects residents
WINTERSVILLE - A water break on Marshall Road in the village will affect residents living on Marshall Road, as well as Bradley Avenue and Nimitz and Eisenhower roads from Bradley to Nimitz, officials said.
Once water has been restored, there will be a 48-hour boil order, officials said.
