To the editor:
This letter is not about politics, levies or anything else controversial. Rather, it is about a man who has served the people of Jefferson County for over 40 years.
This man is Fred Abdalla, our sheriff. I'm proud to say that Fred and I have been friends for all this time, and I want to take this opportunity to thank him for all the service he has given to Jefferson County.
