STEUBENVILLE - Country Crafts From the Heart has several special events planned for its holiday open house on Saturday, including guest appearances by a nationally recognized artist and the author of a children's book.
Nationally known artist Mary Ann June, a Toronto resident, will be selling and signing her prints from noon to 2 p.m., while local author Mitzi Probert will sell and signing copies of her book, "Esther's Miracle at the Manger," from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Country Crafts From the Heart located in the Fort Steuben Mall.
The day-long open house, which starts at 10 a.m. and concludes at 9 p.m., also will include door prizes, specials and refreshments and will highlight a host of holiday-themed items, including wreaths, wooden decor, candles and garland.
