To the editor:

On behalf of Administrator Cathy Cich, the board of directors and Charity Hospice staff, I wish to thank the community for its help with the Oct. 27 Fall Comedy Show Spectacular. The event, held at the Knights of Columbus in Mingo Junction, was highlighted by Pittsburgh comedian Jimmy Krenn. I continue to be amazed how area residents continue to support our fundraising events, especially with the state of economy. I want to assure our guests, donors and sponsors that every dollar generated at our events goes directly toward patient care. Without your help, we could not be successful in what we do.
